Free 7-day trial. No card required. Your trial never turns into a paid plan on its own. Choose a plan and click Subscribe when you're ready. If you subscribe during the trial, your first charge is on the day the trial ends.
Plans renew automatically every month at the price shown until you cancel. Cancel anytime online in Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the paid month. We don't refund partial months.
If your plan ends (trial over, cancelled, or a payment fails), your account is read-only for 7 days so you can export your data. After that it's suspended and no one can sign in. We keep a suspended center's data for 90 days, then delete it. Export your records first.
Student card payments: if you take student payments through PulseCert Payments (Stripe Connect), a platform fee of 2% of each payment is deducted automatically, in addition to Stripe's own processing fees. No platform fee applies if you connect your own Stripe account keys instead. Your rate is shown in Settings → Payments. A different rate applies only under a signed agreement with your center, and we give at least 30 days' notice before any increase. If you refund a student, the platform fee on the refunded amount is returned to you.
